Cupcakes

Assalamualaikum dan selamat petang semua...

Mylady ni dah lama geram sangat tengok orang buat cupcakes yang comel-comel ni. Tapi, mylady tahu mylady kalau buat mesti tak jadi comel cenggitu sebab mylady bukan berseni orangnya. Anyway, my lady nak kongsi jugak la percubaan-percubaan membuat cupcakes oleh mylady. Untuk cupcakes base, memang mylady menggunakan resepi Rima Bisous A Toi - senang, mudah dan sedap! Tapi, jangan pulak comparekan rupa kek I to Rima's cake..macam langit dan bumi!!!..how i wish i have such a talent like her..:-(..Rima, i minta izin copy and paste from your blog ye...

Ingredients (Makes 20)
5 eggs
125g caster sugar
75g flour
40g cocoa powder
50g dark cooking chocolate
65g butter

Ganache topping
250ml fresh cream / whipped cream / heavy cream
250g dark cooking chocolate
30g unsalted butter

Method
Preheat oven 180C.. prepare paper cups
Melt dark cooking chocolate and butter.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, add sifted flour and cocoa powder, stir well
Add melted butter and chocolate, stir well, scoop batter into paper cup.
Bake at 180C for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked
Cool cupcakes before piping Ganache.

Ganache
Heat whipping cream using double boiling method until u see steam.. Add chocolate that has been cut into small bits, stir until chocolate is completely melted, turn off the heat, add unsalted butter, stir, let cool, put in the chiller. Once chilled... whip until fluffy and its ready to use!

1st trial (topping coklat masakan yang dicairkan + fresh stoberi)...huduhnya..malu betul rasa...

2nd trial (topping coklat masakan yang dicairkan dengan white chocolate + fresh stoberi)...malu kurang sikit dah...ada peningkatan..cewahhhh..perasan...


3rd trial using buttercream. Dah beli dah 1 set nozzle, so, apa tunggu lagi. Imaginasi nak buat design canggih2 la..sekali pegang kat tangan nozzle tu, menggeletar..so, ini lah design yang paling cun mampu dilakukan..hehehe..
