Annyeong Haseyo! “안녕하세요- Yangnyeom tongdak

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera buat para pengunjung semua..

Haaa...baca tajuk tak?..Ramai yang dah faham dah kan maksud Annyeong Haseyo...ni semua gara2 drama korea la kan?..Sampaikan leh ingat certain sebutan korea..hehehe..

Masa memula mylady gi Korea dulu, mylady ingatkan semua orang Korea leh berbahasa Inggeris. Rupa2nya makcik2 yang berniaga, takleh cakap Inggeris even sepatah pun..kita cakap Thank You pun, dia cakap bahasa dia sambil tunduk2 kepala tanda hormat..so, dear hubby ajar le..cakap "Kamsa Hamnida"..woohh..bukan main seronok lagi diaorang. Yang beshnya, dear hubby kata, masa dia study sana dulu, kalau beli barang, takde pun makcik2 tu nak bagi dia free gift..tapi, bila gi ngan mylady, ada jek free gift yang mylady dapat..dear hubby kata, muka mylady ni muka murah rezeki...hahaah..ye ke? kalau betul...aminnn..moga2 makin bertambah murah la rezeki e..anyway, thanks to dear hubby..sebab kalau takde dia yang terer cakap Korea, tak dapat la mylady shopping dengan jayanya...

Makanan di korea plak, perghh...memang sedap...macam2 makanan yang mylady dapat cuba..sedap dan pedas!!..pedas menyengat plak tu..bayangkan la..during winter, berpeluh2 makan makanan korea yang panas dan sedap..memang best!!!

So, hari ni mylady nak share satu resepi dari korea. Di panggil Yangnyeom tongdak. Or dalam Bahasa Inggeris dia dipanggil Seasoned Fried Chicken. Tapi, untuk resepi ni, Mylady panggil Korean Spicy Fried Chicken. Sebab apa? Sebab memang pedas meletup!!!...Mylady buat benda ni semalam..masa dok layan citer kartun Naruto dengan dear hubby, sambil meratah ayam..hehehe...memula dear hubby macam takut nak makan..dia cakap, confirm sakit perut..bila masuk jek seketul dalam mulut, dia cakap "sedap la pulak ayam nih"..hahaha...so, berketul2 la masuk ke perut dia and alhamdulillah, tak sakit perut pun. Sapa yang berminat nak cuba resepi lain dari yang lain, boleh la try ye!.

Lupa pulak..untuk makanan korea, kebanyakannya menggunakan Hot Pepper Paste. Paste ni leh didapati di mana2 pasaranya yang ada jual Korean Product ye. Korea ni, ada banyak jenis cili ye..masa di sana, mylady ada beli cili hijau untuk memasak. Ingatkan rasanya cam cili hijau sini la...rupa2nya lagi pedas dari cili padi...so, untuk paste cili tu, camnie rupa dia..

So, oklah..ni dia resepi yang mudah dan sedap ni....

KOREAN SPICY FRIED CHICKEN

 Bahan A
1 ekor ayam - di potong
1/2 cawan tepung kentang - boleh ganti ngan tepung jagung
1/4 cawan tepung  gandum
1/4 cawan tepung beras
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 biji telur 
1 sudu besar bijan (sangai tanpai minyak)

Bahan Sos
1 sudu besar minyak
4 ulas bawang putih
1/4 cawan hot pepper paste
1/3 cawan corn syrup - mylady guna madu je
1/3 cawan sos tomato - mylady tak bubuh..tak suka masam
1 sudu besar cuka - mylady tak letak pun

Cara-caranya
Ayam digaul bersama garam dan lada hitam, perap selama 30 minit.
Kemudian masukkan bahan2 lain dari Bahan A dan gaul rata bersama ayam hingga ayam bersalut rata
Panaskan minyak, dan goreng ayam secara deep fried selama 10 minit.
Keluarkan ayam, rehatkan selama 10 minit, dan kemudian, goreng sekali lagi selama 10 minit.

Dalam bekas yang lain, bolehlah sediakan sos.
Masukkan 1 sudu besar minyak, tumis bersama bawang putih yang dicincang.
Kemudian masukkan hot pepper paste, madu, sos tomato dan cuka.
Biarkan sehingga sos agak pekat dan sebati.
Masukkan ayam yang digoreng tadi kedalam kuali sos dan gaul rata.
Taburkan bijan dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
